thanks for your question
i completely understand your question
this pressure or filling sensation can be related to lung or spine.
consulting a pulmonologist and an orthopaedician will do
xray cervical and thoracic spine and an ecg may be requested by the doctor
it seems possibly there is a spine , lung or any cardiac ailment
consulting a pulmonologist is benefitial to rule out all the above mentioned possibilities
thanks
feel free to ask more questions
