Suggest Cause For Leg Pain With Shortness Of Breath & Chest Pain

For three weeks I have had leg pain, and every so often (I can even be sitting or sleeping), I experience shortness of breath, and chest pain and my pulse will go up to about 160 per minute. I have not been sick. I have tried medication to see if it was heartburn, and it is not anxiety. I am female, 49yrs of age, overweight but not obese, and rarely get sick. Also, I have no insurance. The chest pain is sudden and very painful. It can last from 10 to over an hr. Any ideas?
