Suggest Cause For Light-headedness, Mild Chest Pain
Last night I had a light-headed dizzy spell. Since then, my chest has been having a mild, nagging chest pain...directly under my left breast. Should I be concerned about a heart attack? The pain is not severe but has not subsided since it began. Also note, I had a teeth cleaning done yesterday morning.
Hello If all precautions were taken in teeth cleaning , this is not a cause of concern as far as related to chest pain. As you mentioned in your query that you were having light-headed with dizziness and chest pain on the left side . This is a cause of concern , particularly if your age is more than 40 years. Chest pain with light-headed , dizziness are concerning. You need to investigated with E K G & echocardiogram to isolate the case. I recommend you visit a Cardiologist and get his opinion. Good luck.
