Hello, I'm a 13 year old female. For the past week I have been getting on and off migraines, nausea, and dizziness. Then I get the chills and the sweats. Everytime I take my tempature it's 96.5. There is no way I'm pregnate, and it's not um my period... Help?
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. You are a 13 year girl and thinking of the pregnancy. Pregnancy happens, only when there is intercourse then only one can have pregnancy. After menarchy, for few months the periods may be irregular, due to the hormone changes,or anemia. The chills, headache, nausea, and dizziness may be due to the infection some where and fever. I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms cifixime, omeprazole, domperidone, and paracetamol. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
