Suggest Cause For Rise In Veins In Arms

Hello Doctor. My name is Mathew. I have begun to notice that the veins in my right arm tend to bulge out and my arm begins to feel tingly as if circulation if being cut off. It's only right arm. This only seems to happen when my arm is to my side. When I raise my arm, the feeling goes away and so do the veins. What could be the cause of this? Thank you for your time.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
The tingling of one arm with bulging blood vessels & down position is bothering you. I understand your concern
Your peculiar symptoms of tingling/ bulging vessels being gone in raised position of hand suggests pressure on blood vessel supplying arm in down position .
The probable causes I can think of are- cervical/shoulder/humerus bony involvement.
You should consult an Orthopedic doctor/physician for investigations & treatment
Thanks.
