Hi . im Georgian , im from Romania and i have a problem with my heart . i practice football amator but my puls in rest its like 90-100. i have 17 years old , 170 cm , 58 kg . tell me pleas if i can continue with football . im a little scared but i love what i practice

I am so sorry to hear about your concerns regarding this resting heart rate. this maybe normal if you are not a trained athlete. I will suggest that you get a complete physical exam from your primary care doctor for fitness. If he declares you fit, then you can go on. Pulse is just one of the several parameters that are used to evaluate a client's fitness.
