The given report of semen analysis is suggestive of oligospermia, the abstinent period is not given here, in my opinion there should be some abstinent period of at least eight days then the report of semen would be more accurate, but here even with this report the chances of conception is good, because just single sperm need for fertilization, hope this helps.
