No, you should not directly start these drugs.
Eosinophils are raised in allergy,
filariasis,
parasitic infection and drug induced.
Allergy is most likely cause for high eosinophils.
Hetrazan is antifilarial drug. No need for this drug because possibility of filariasis is less in your case. In filariasis, eosinophils are markedly raised while in your case they are mildly raised.
So no need to take Hetrazan.
Deriphyllin is
bronchodilator. It is given in asthma. So if you are not having breathlessness than no need for deriphyllin.
In my opinion, you should only take combination of antihistamine and anti allergic drugs.
These will control your allergy and hence reduce the eosinophils.
