Suggest Cream For Roughness In The Vagina Caused Post Intercourse
I recently had sex numerous times with my boyfriend. Sex was rather rough. The opening skin part of my vagina felt as if it had a tear a few days ago and bled a little bit. Last night my vagina started to itch really bad. No burning, no swelling, no redness, no increase or changes discharge. Now the skin where I scratched my vagina raw has healed over with rough skin patches. Should I be putting some vaginal cream on my vagina to help it heal?

Hi Thank you for asking HCM. I have gone through your query. For tear in vagina you can apply betadine ointment for healing. Also avoid intercourse for some days to heal. Next time when you going to have intercourse you can use water based lubricants like KY jelly to decrease friction and there by help to avoid such tears. If itching is there still then it can be due to yeast infection most likely. In such case you can use clotrimazole cream for local application. This is available over the counter. Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear. Thanks.
