Suggest Cure For Difficulty In Hearing

Hello,

I am 23 years old and have had two ear surgeries before I was in my teens (tubes in both ears both times, once around age 5 and again around age 10). Well I still have issues hearing and if I recall my last hearing test (years ago) determined I only have about 50% of my hearing. On top of this I also have seasonal allergies and broke my nose around age 12 and still have a deviated septum. Now my seasonal allergies didn't start until later (sometime after 12) so it could be a result of my moving from TX to DE or the deviated septum?

My question is a two parter. First question is, what options do I have? and the second is, I like in Delaware is there a specialist you would recommend?

Thanks!
Blake
