symptoms started with high fever,headache,shakes, now with afib at night, shakes both sides of body, speech slow. meningitis was rules out. doctor s can t figure out what it is.

Do a spinal tap to rule out meningitis.
We have to rule out other possibilities like urinary tract infection and malaria as they can also present with similar symptoms.
