hi i am 32 yrs old. my ht is 5 ft 1 in. and weight is 124 lb. i have osteoarthritis since last 3 yrs. my problem is that my body is thin but stomach. many people ask me if i am pregnant. Its been 8 years after my first delivery, I do exercise almost every day for 40 minutes but my stomach/tummy is still big. please suggest me proper diet and exercise
