Suggest Diet Chart And Exercises To Be Followed To Build Muscle Mass
Hi, i am 22 year old and height 5 11 , weight around 68. I am into body building and want to build muscel mass to have lean body with great physique. I have been following proper diet plan which also include 100 gm of protein daily, along with bicasule capsule in early morning & limcee 500, evion 400 directly after gym in the morning Bio D3 plus for calcium in lunch. I am planing to add FISH OIL & MULTIVITAMIN in my diet plan so kindly suggest me some good one and any changes if required as per your suggestion.
