Suggest Diet Chart While Suffering From Jaundice

sir,i would like to know a perfect diet 4 a jaundice affected 47 year old man. giving reference wid

1)blood examination-bilirubin(t)-6.6mgs% ,bilirubin-(d)-5.9mgs%,bilirubin(i)-0.7mgs%

SGOT-91 IU/L ,SGPT-40 IU/L ,alkaline phosphatse-69 IU/L ,Total protein-8.5 gms%

ESR-05 mm/hr ,sugar -86mgs%

Hi thanks for asking question in HCM.
Here is your diet chart..
BREAKFAST : Fruits taken. ex.papaiya,apple, mango or grapes.
Take skimmed milk.in milk dissolve jaggery for sweetness
LUNCH : Green leafy vegetable lunch with buttermilk.Salad should be
included.
MID AFTERNOON :Apple juice.
DINNER : Vegetable soup with vegetables that boiled.Salad can also be taken.

Avoid excess fast food.
Avoid fatty food.
Papaiya seems to be very helpful.
Take fried meal to a minimum.
Drink more water.
Sugar cane,goose berry,lemon,almond,carrot found to be useful.
