Suggest Diet Plan And Exercises For Healthy Reduction Of Weight

Hello doctor, I am a 20 year old female and i have been really concerned about my weight like my whole life. I want to lose approximately 25 kilos. I tried everything and still is trying. I weight 74 kilos and Im only 1.53 cm. I live in cyprus and for me it is a bit difficult to lose weight here because they are all fatty foods. Please if you can give me some advices, ideas, meal program, best workout exercises and recipes for weight loss. I will very much appreciate it. Thank you Lily

In order to stay healthy and fit you need to eat healthy and also exercise regularly.

Must costume a duet rich in fruits and green leafy vegetables. Consume nuts like almond, walnut. Eat oats for Breakfast. Eat 4 to 5 small meals a day. Keep well hydrated. Do yoga to stay stress free. Get enough sleep.

Avoid junk food, rich fatty foods, smoking, alcohol, colas.

Exercise by brisk walking or jogging got 45 minutes to 2 hours a day.

These tips will help you to lose weight and stay fit and healthy.
