Suggest Diet Plan To Loose Weight

Doctor I am 39 years old female and diagnosed with Hypothyroid in 2010 with TSH level 5.6. After that I am on Aurvedic medicine which helped me to reduce the TSH level which is now 3.21. My problem is constant weight gain, 59 Kg in 2010 to 64 Kgs currently. I cannot do brisk walk or any other physical exercise as I am currently having plantar fasciitis problem.

Please advise any diet plan or moderate exercises which can help me to loose weight.

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum .
As you describe, you had the weight gain, due to the change in the diet pattern, may high calories.
If you can't do brisk exercises, etc, do what ever work you can do in front of you.
Minimize calories, fats, fries, oily foods, ice creams etc.
Minimize the sleeping time, practice late to bed and early to rise. Avoid sleeping during day time.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
