My brother is 29 years old affected with Brain TB. still he cant eat much and still in the hospital. please give me a diet shedule and how to keep him safe. please give me some advise regarding this. he is in uk and doctors say he should take medicine up to 12 months. Regards, Ruvina.
Presently according to his conditions give him more of protein. Milk twice a day. Sprouts daily. Give soya milk often. Can include paneer in veggies. Can give soya sabji or tofu once or twice per week. If non vegetarian then egg white daily. Don't give outside. Food avoid juices. Don't give too much of raw as it causes infection. Give small and frequent meals if vommitting or nausea give coconut water. Give khichdi, Dalia.include dal regularly. Avoid overeating. Can give channa murmura. Try to make happy ambience during eating. Make him do little physical activity or just walk small to feel good.
