Suggest Diet Plans That Can Improve Cardiovascular Health

I am a 26 year old male at approximately 270 pounds. My family has made poor dietary choices and we have had fast food up to 4 or 5 times a week all of my life. I am growing concerned for my health and the kinds of permanant damage that could have been caused. Is it possible that I can make a full recovery at this point? Or am I going to likely run into cardiovascular issues later in life regardless of changes in diet? I should add that I do have a family history of heart disease.

hi
It isnt late to modify your diet and begin exercising, jogging, running, swimming.Avoid junk food gradually reducing only to week ends.Long term harms are by deposit of fat in tissues and heart arteries lead to heart problems, since you are still young, you can reverse changes even now, better late than never
