Suggest Diet Plans To Reduce Weight

Hi I am 26 years old female, not married yet. 79 kg weight, height 5.6 inches, having hypothyroid problem & menstrual irregularity issue. Gaining weight day by day. want to lose weight so having boiled moong dal on daliy basis with some salad in lunch. please let me know if it does not affect negatively. Having heavy breakfast like milk moosly, daliya etc. and doing exercise daily. In dinner am having daliya, salad,poha,upma. but still not reducing weight. please help me out in this :(

Brief answer: Thyroid hormone replacement,less calorie diet(Moong dhal doesn't cause negative impact),Regular exercises 30 to 60 minutes daily,drugs like orlistat,gemfibrozil.

If i were your family physician,would ask for few information to give a better opinion like
1)Are you on thyroid hormone replacement therapy ?---as thyroid hormone is necessary for maintaining your basal metabolism(without which,you may not lose weight significantly despite diet and lifestyle modifications.
2) Lipid profile (serum triglyceride and Total cholesterol levels)--For considering addition of drugs like orlistat,Fibrate group drugs like gemfibrozil
I would advise to consult with an endocrinologist for thyroid hormone replacement if you are not already on..Hope this information helps you.If any questions,happy to answer you.Take care.
