Suggest Diet To Increase Body Weight After Jaundice

hi i m 21 yrs old . i had a problem of jaundice in January 2011. but after that all the test regarding jaundice were normal . i m also a thyroid patient (hyper-thyroid in which weight loss takes place ) i am taking medicine of thyroid and now these days TSH is normal from last two months . now i looked week and my weight is 57.5 and i want to increase my weight and don't want to be look like a patient any more and want to build my body . can i go for gym ? can u please suggest anything about diet ? please suggest me something ....

hai,

As you understand that the hyperthyroidism will cause some weight loss is well appreciated.

follow the advise

take hygienic food.
take food in regular interval. dont skip food timings.
First eat protein nourished foods like Almond,cashew,channa,soyabean,peanut in your daily food intake.
take diary product like milk,yogurt,chesse,butter etc. Add banana and tuber vegetables.
jaggery,black gram,and dal prepared with ghee.

This will nourish in a healthy way and gain weight.

Try to less the frequency of taking hot,spicy,fried food and caffeinated drinks.
