Suggest Diet To Reduce Elevated Cholesterol And LDL Levels

MY CHOLESTEROL IS 232,TRIGLYCERIDES-IS 192,LDL=138,VLDL=39,GLUCOSE FASTING=101,
AST/SGOT=72,
ALT/SGPT=123
URIC ACID=6.1
I DRINK AND EAT A LOT OF NON-VEG (ONLY CHICKEN) .
NOW PLEASE HELP ME TO IMPROVE MY DIET AND LIFESTYLE.AND GIVE A COMPLETE DIET CHART TO GET RID OF THESE DISEASES

Hi thanks for asking question.

You have high cholesterol with elevated liver enzymes.you could have fatty liver also.here are few suggestion for you.

In lunch less oily vegetables taken with roti without applying oil over it.Use only good oil for cooking like sunflower oil.

Daily licorice with honey or cumin seed in milk taken.

In your lunch and dinner avoid to use trans fat food like butter, cheese, meat , chips , pastry etc.

Strictly you have to cutt of non veg in diet.

Avoid smoking and alcohol.

Regular exercise.

Fruits useful.

Shift your diet from non veg to green leafy veg ...

Pizza , burger like junk and fast food has to be stopped at least until your cholesterol comes down.
