I have a high body fat percentage which is higher than an ordinary women should have. my readings is 31.7% but my BMI is 20.8. I have been going to gym twice a week and eating healthy food such as rolled oats for breakfast, vegetables wraps for lunch and meal replacement drink during dinner. Could you please advise what is the effective way of losing the extra 10% of my body fats?
