YOUR BODY PERAMETERS:
You BMI (weight with respect to height and age) is just in perfect range and that's a good news.
Here an important information which you didn't share with us is about you
Liver, is it doing fine ?and is there any problem you are having after the procedure?
If not then you can lead a perfectly normal life but you can gradually get into work out.
Yoga is perfectly fine ..a light gym as well..start with light walk then gradually make it brisk walk of 20 min and gradually stretch it to 40 mins in a couple of months time then you can start with very light cardio.Don't forget to take rest days like you can take a rest day after 3 days of brisk walk ...just do your Yoka on the rest day watch a movie and relax at home,
to stay fit: DON'T east less, eat HEALTHY.. Yes in your situation you can't run hundred metres dash or a marathon but you can definitely lead a healthy normal life like any other person in your friends circle and neighbourhood.
But if there have been issue with your Liver or you are having any other issues after stenting kindly let us know. And remember if you wanna go further than brisk walk and wanna join a gym , find one with a good trainer who knows his work .
Good Diet+Good lifestyle+Positive attitude is the recipe to make one fit ..!!
