Suggest Exercise For Sinus Problem And High Blood Pressure

hi doctor, iam suffering from sinus problem since last 15 yrs, by using the nasal sprays i suffer high blood pressure. so i discontinue it, so which exercise is suitable for me, my age is 40yrs,my weight is 70 kg, and height is 174 cm, is weight training suitable for me

I do understand Your concer.

Your weight goes perfectly with your height. I think you have a very good body. Anyway, exercising is always good, and for your condition I would highly recommend just walking. 1 hour a day in a park. Meditation will do good also. I did recommend walking because I know from my patients it helps relieve the sinusitis and lowers blood pressure.

Also if you have problems with your blood pressure, please You should consider some antihypertension medication scheme that can be decided after you have measured your blood pressure three times a day for 20 days.
