Suggest Exercises During Pregnancy

Hi I'm 31 weeks pregnant and I have gain about 25lbs already. I'm 5'4'' and weighed 153 before so I was a little over weight. I want to get in shape after pregnancy. What can I do now to slow down weight gain and what exercises can I do before baby is born?
