please advise what exercise best to rid of back pain. I am 37yrs, i do exercise 3 times a week, but as a occupation, i spent 7hrs sitting at a desk. Last night as i decided to walk to an aerobics class, going up the hill, my back started to hurt.. felt like an electric shock going from my lower back to my legs..
I love to walk, can this help minimise back pain, as i try to lose weight also because i'm over 110kgs
