Suggest Exercises For Back Pain

please advise what exercise best to rid of back pain. I am 37yrs, i do exercise 3 times a week, but as a occupation, i spent 7hrs sitting at a desk. Last night as i decided to walk to an aerobics class, going up the hill, my back started to hurt.. felt like an electric shock going from my lower back to my legs..
I love to walk, can this help minimise back pain, as i try to lose weight also because i'm over 110kgs

Hi there,I had gone through your query and understand your concern.
Exercise type is really important for Back pain.With back problems ,please avaoid climbing stairs or vigours jumps involved activity.I suggest to consult a Othopeadician first to first have look at the Low Back for good assesment of the Spine and then go for excersice undersupervision of Physiotherapist .Later Post Consultation and physion,one can try yoga but Severe back pain has to evaluated before excercises.
