Suggest Food Items And Medications To Correct Salt Deficiency
How can I find foods or Pills with large quantities of sodium or salt to correct a salt deficiency. I have had Fibro Mialga for 50 years with no relief in sight. When I take salt it wakes up my system and I am not as tired. I have avoided salt all that time and I am hoping to find some relief. Thank You Jack
