Suggest Fruit And Multivitamin For BP And Diabetes
How much fruit should I eat on a daily basis and is a multivitamin reccomended? I have high blood pressure and diabetes, however both levels have come down with exercise. My bp right now ranges from 111-125/ 68-90, however it is the highest when I first wake up in the morning around 129/90-100.
I went through your details. I don't see anything wrong with your blood pressure readings. You are doing well with all those exercises. Please do not get stressed. Worrying more about physical health can also be a cause for your high blood pressure. Therefore, do your duties to keep your blood pressure at bay. Exercise, one or two servings of fruit every day, plenty of water, leafy vegetables, low sodium intake, reduction in salt etc can help you in maintaining your blood pressure and diabetic to optimum level. Please talk to your physician in detail Your physician will provide you with a diet chart which should explain everything to you.
