I have a bladder infection. It just started. I have only had it one other time. A few months ago. Is there any treatment that doesn t require going to a doctor? I have no insurance. Is there something in the natural food type stores that may help. Could it go away on it s own or do I have to have an antibiotic.

Drink more water per day.So urine can dilute and flush out a bacteria .Maintain a hygiene first. Wear a loose cothes. Avoid tight cloth.Eat a cloth of cotton if possible.
Avoid caffeine that irritate a bladder. Avoid coffe and tea. Urine alkalitic agent is helpful in bladder infection.
