Suggest Homeopathic Treatment For Pilonidal Sinus

Hi
I am suffering from Pilonidal sinus.I have under gone surgery in month of Feb 2011. A small hole is left as of nov 2011.Pus used to come from that hole.I consulted a doctor and he said that it re occurred and asked me to undergo surgery again. i want know like if i can use homeopathic medicine for the treatment to cure this or do i need to under go the surgery again....
