The uterus measures 7.6 x 6.8 x 7.1 cm with an intact endometrial tripe. There is a suspicious heterogenous focus 4.2 x 3.3 cm in the posterior myometrium. Both ovaries were not visualized. No adnexal mass seen. There is no fluid in the posterior-cul-de-sac.

According to reports there is suspicious heterogeneous lesion measuring 4.2 x 3.3 cm in the posterior myometrium.It may be due to fibroid.
Fibroid is benign tumour of the uterus.
Treatment of fibroid is both conservative and surgical depending upon many things like age,family is completed or not,symptoms etc.
You should consult gynecologist.
