Hi,
You father has numerous episodes of infarcts and also diabetes with Parkinsonism. His fracture neck of Humerus should have healed by now.
His tremors would have made him bed ridden.
So many episodes are pointing towards causes like uncontrolled hypertension, no anti-coagulant therapy or increased thrombosis due to bed ridden condition (also additionally atherosclerosis)
In bed ridden conditions, deep vein thrombosis in legs are common. His legs needs to be moved frequently to reduce thrombus formation which can get dislodged and get lodged in lungs. Atherosclerosis could more be commoner leading on to ischemic infarcts.
Anti-coagulation therapy along with mobility could be very helpful.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
