Its rather the existence of Congenitial Bronchiectasis-with cavitation,which has predisposed you to ABPA with sputum stones/ or aspergillosis neutrophilic granulomas. Treatment- would be mainly with Itriconazole with Steroids,to reduce the impact of allergic aspergillosis in broncopulomonary segments. These lithis in the sputum,are actually of thick mucoid balls with neutorphils and macrophages in the microscopic studies.
