Read that you are suffering from difficulty in swallowing over the last few weeks - a long to suffer, anxiety, has to wait to take breath before swallowing and have lymph nodes with soreness on the left side of the neck. All these symptoms indicate that you have been suffering from some problem like epiglottitis or cancer like mass and so on in the lower pharynx. I would advise you the following: Get a clinical evaluation and endoscopy of the throat by an ENT Surgeon to get the proper diagnosis so that proper treatment can be planned and executed as you are suffering from such a long period. If there is a mass or something, biopsy and further treatment may be required.
