Suggest Me Medicine Other Than Crocin Which Helps In Reducing Fever

hi my daughter has fever I have given her crocin suspension, I dont know any other medicine in US which helps treats fever in kids (6 yrs) can you suggest me some other medicine which helps in reducing fever as I have only last dose left of crocin syrup
