You need to apply calamine lotion on those rashes. Avoid sun exposure on your body directly. Avoid spicy and oily/fatty food. Drink cool milk, buttermilk, plenty of water and fresh greens. Speak to your Dermatologist on recommending sunscreens or other treatment based on your condition.
