Hi,I am Dr. Prabhakar Koregol (Cardiologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
i had a mechanical aortic valve fitted in jan 2010, i found out today i will need another operation due to the streching of the aortic root causing regurgitation. they may consider replacing the valve at the same time. i was wondering is there any mechanical valve wich isn't noisy or which is the least noisiest ? as the click sound makes does make me anxious around other people.
