hi ,I work with evening shift from 4.00pm to 3.00am in morning then i sleep till morning 7.00 to study for the enterance exam which is in dec, i studyfor 4 to 6 hours so please assist me how muchhour i must take sleep and how i will not be feel sleepy in workplace, and let me know the easy sources of food for the nuitritional food for the deficency which may cause serveral deasises due to limited sleep
