Hello It seems from the history that your son is diagnosed with scleritis. Scleritis is a sterile inflammatory condition of sclera. The treatment is by use of steroids in the form drops and also by oral route. However all patients with scleritis require systemic evaluation to rule out associated systemic autoimmune diseases.
Thank you
