Suggest Medication For Arthritis In Knees

Hi, i am 51yrs heavy built female 160cm and 70kg weight. I have been having arthiritis pain in both my knees for last two years. Controlling with pain killers and Gel application. Becomes severe especially during the fullmoon period. please suggest remedial measures. Thanks in advance.

look like primary osteoarthritis the main reason for pain are reduction of synovial fluid inside knee joint and articular cartilage damage and over weight . Remedials measures can be joint visco supplementation with hyluronic acid or PRP injections , quadriceps strengthening and walking and swimming to reduce your weight . plain analgesic wonot do good instead it can cause renal damage be care full
