You should consult a gynaecologist at the earliest.
With 3 previous surgeries, any kind of irregular bleeding should be investigated.
You could be having a fibroid in the uterus, or thickening of the lining of the uterus (
endometrial hyperplasia ).
Also, there could be adhesions or cysts.
After childbirth it does take a few months to resume normal cycles.
This is more so if you are
breastfeeding.
However the spotting and extreme pain should be looked into.
PLease have a gynecological consult - internal examination - per vaginum and per speculum.
ALso a pelvic and abdominal
ultrasound scan .
Continue the thyroid medications.
Also, have your calcium and vitamin D levels checked , as their deficiency can lead to
back pain.
It could be pain due to injury from the multiple spinal
anesthesia given to you.
