Suggest Medication For Breakage Around Food Pipe Resulting A Leakage Of Blood And An Acid Out Of It.
I have regular pain in my stomach since 4-5 month, doctor suggest me to go with blood test, sonographic test then i had CBC with lever function test and finally after endoscopic study it is been said that there is a little breakage around food pipe resulting a leakage of blood and an acid out of it. 6 week course of medicine have been given(Tablets like motinorm DT, & two other along with ulgel syp) have been started. Now after 15 days of taking these medicines i find it difficult to resolve the pain and accumulation of air into stomach that passess regular interval of about 15 - 20 minutes whole night and causes sleeplessness.

I really appreciate your concern, and I would like to say that you must be wrongly understood or informed, if this is perforation (so called leak) then this is medical emergency and immediate repair requires in such condition, so this is not the perforation but could be inflammation, take care and have a nice day.
