Suggest Medication For Breathing Problem And Headache Due To Sinus

I have gone to my primary care physician twice and on call once over the past few months because my ears always feel clogged and there is no relief, the first 2 times i was treated for a sinus infection but nothing ever changed and just yesterday I went to the dr and the nurse practitioner told me everything looked fine and to see an allergist. I cannot breathe through my nose, I cant blow anything out or breathe in. I dont know what to do, I ve had a headache for days and I seem to be getting worse but am told everything looks fine. I need relief asap! I asked the nurse practitioner about possible mold exposure because our celing has collapsed multiple times from water damage and the landlord just puts up new tiles but she told me not to believe what I read online about it and that she cant test me for that. Help!
