Suggest Medication For Chronic Insomnia
i am a 46 y.o female. post total hysterectomy at the age of 26. I suffer from chronic insomnia-this is an every night occasion. i have a very high deductible health plan. I had previously taxen trazedone with good results. is there anything otc that maay compare, as I can't continue without any sleep!

Trazodone is good drug
But there is no like otc in sleep medication
But u can go with tab zolpidame 10 mg
Sleep hygien maintain
Regular exercise and meditation
No daytime nap
Avoid alcohol.avoid tea cofee at bed time
Take light food in dinner
