As you describe, it appears to be the viral fever, or with bacterial infection, with more infection in the lungs, hence caused the broncho constriction and wheezing.
I advise you to consult a chest physician for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, phenylephrine , citrizine, theophyline, and paracetamol.
