Suggest Medication For Constant Fever In A Child
hi my son is 5 and 1/2 yrs old has had fever for 2 days now ..fever has gone up and down but i have given him crocin d,s and the fever is till bet 101 and 102......janhavihis weight is 19 1/2 k.gs ..what do i do i am sponging him pls help i am desperate

Hi, give Crocin DS Syrup 6 ml for fever, if fever is not relieved in half hour then give Meftal P syrup 7 ml stat and do cold spending. In my opinion you should go for some tests like CBC, Malarial antigen test, NS1 Antigen test for dengue. You should also tell what other symptoms that your child have like cough, pain abdomen, so that we can decide that whether your child need antibiotics.
