Suggest Medication For Diarrhea,vomiting And Nausea

Hi, My wife got a bad sunburn yesterday and has been running a fever, vomiting, and having mild diarrhea for almost 19 hours now. She is extremely dehydrated, chilled, to top it off pregnant (we just found out a couple weeks ago, so she isn t very far along at all). She describes the nausea as similar to morning sickness. Any suggestions?
