** 1. Initially consult your gynecologist [for unexplained infertility] regarding any pathology of cervix/uterus, abnormal blood sugar/thyroid profile or any abnormal hormones or Immune system, to rule out any known/unknown cause. 2. Cut out caffeine, avoid stress and stressful conditions, eat healthy ,exercise, and make sure you're getting vitamins through fresh vegetables and fruits. 3. The rash developed is called "pups" and is very itchy and very common and due to hormone changes. It is possible to get this in early pregnancy, however if you do not get any relief I would go in and see your OB doctor, before getting into any alternate system of medicine, check with UPT [urine pregnancy test] or get tested at Doctor's office to confirm your doubt.
