Suggest Medication For Fever & Macular Rash On Feet & Shin Area
my 7 years old son had fever yesterday sometimes reached 39.2 c , I was giving him paracetamol tablets 500 mg ever six hours. Today he is better no fever but complaining of sore throat but I have noticed tiny scattered macular rash mainly over his feet and shins what is the reason for that ?s

The cause for rash will only be obvious after physical examination of rash. It could be ore likely to be due to viral infection in which rash is seen, also possibility of Dengue to be considered depending on geographical location.
