Suggest Medication For Itch In Groin After Unprotected Anal Sex

I m gay and had unprotected anal sex 3 or 4 days ago. I m feeling tingy?/itchy/hot in my groin area and anus. I already have scratched marks spreading from the anus. My scrotum and penis area and esp. my groin area are also itchy. I feel this is more of internal in the veins? though it could also be external. I had been into this situation before and went to a doctor. He gave me antibiotics and diprolene with lotion. Pls. help it is starting again.

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, it appears to be due to the cuts of the play, or due to the fungus infection.
To be on safe side i advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment .
O usally prescribe to my patient with such symptoms cifixime, ornidazole, fluconazole, and steroid ointment internally.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
